A dilute baking soda solution for dipping small silver pieces — quick and even, ideal for jewelry and flatware with intricate detail.
What you'll need
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp baking soda
Steps
- Dissolve baking soda completely in warm water.
- Dip pieces and swirl gently for 30 seconds.
- Rinse and buff dry with a soft cloth.
Tip: Not recommended for silver with pearls, opals, or other soft gemstones — stick to metal-only pieces.
