Parquet Floor Cleaner
A barely-damp mop with mild soap keeps sealed parquet flooring clean without the standing water that warps individual wood blocks.
What you'll need
- 1 gallon warm water
- 1 tsp mild castile soap
Steps
- Mix soap into the water.
- Wring the mop nearly dry before use.
- Mop in the direction of the wood grain and let air dry.
Tip: Standing water is parquet's biggest enemy — always mop with a well-wrung, barely-damp mop.
