Spot Remover
A pre-wash paste that lifts fresh spots before they set — best applied as soon as possible after a spill.
What you'll need
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp water
- A soft-bristled brush or old toothbrush
Steps
- Mix the baking soda and water into a thick paste.
- Apply the paste directly to the spot and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
- Gently work the paste into the fabric with the brush.
- Rinse with cold water and launder as usual before drying.
Tip: Never put a stained item in the dryer before confirming the spot is fully gone — heat can set a stain permanently.
